Our retirement community was designed to meet the unique and individual interests and lifestyle choices of our residents. Daily enrichment activities encourage participation and creativity while regularly scheduled excursions offer residents an opportunity to stay connected to their surrounding community. Residents take advantage of our many services and amenities, including a full calendar of activities, three delicious and nutritious meals served in our spacious restaurant-style dining rooms, personalized beauty salon, and beautiful courtyard and landscape.
Our beautiful cottages offer residents all the privacy and comforts of home, including two- and three-bedrooms floorplans with two private baths each and full kitchens.

What kind of care plan can I expect?
Your unique care plan will act as a road map to accomplishing your individual goals. While we will use our specialized training and assessment skills to guide you and offer professional advice, the plan is oriented to your individualized needs and preferences. We encourage active participation and input into your care plan, as it will be designed to suit your specific needs. As the resident, you (and your family) are always able to direct and modify your treatment to assure your goals and health are maximized.
What are food options are available?
At Fox Hollow Residential Care and Independent Living, we take the nourishment of our residents very seriously. Our skilled dietary team has created a menu loaded with nutritious and delicious menu items to appease every appetite. Utilizing locally farmed produce whenever possible and fresh seasonal ingredients, our residents enjoy meals that remind them of home.
You deserve the quality, taste, and presentation that you would expect from your very own kitchen. While our meals are served at regularly scheduled times, residents can request snacks from the kitchen at any time.
Do you allow pets?
Yes! We allow cats and dogs based on their size and temperament. Pet owners need to be able to care for their pets independently or with reasonable family assistance.
Do you supply Wi-Fi/Cable/Phone lines?
We supply Wi-Fi and basic cable in our Assisted Living building. Each apartment has the ability to connect private phone lines and those will need to be provided by family should they choose. Residents can also use our main phone line at any time to make/receive calls.
How much does it cost to live here?
Due to multiple apartment size options and varying levels of care, it is best to speak directly with our Community Relations Director. They can be reached on our mainline at 541-343-8439 if you are calling during normal business hours. If you are calling after hours, please call and leave your information with the attending staff member answering your call and you will be contacted shortly.
Do you provide transportation?
Our vehicles include an ADA compliant van and bus. We provide transportation to and from medical appointments on Wednesdays and provide transportation to and from scheduled activities outside of our community. These may include but are not limited to restaurants, wineries, ice cream shops, shopping, trips to the coast, holiday excursions, and more.

One of the things we most pride ourselves on at Fox Hollow is our ability to cater our services to best satisfy the needs of each of our residents. We provide a custom level of support that allows you to feel secure but also still have a level of independence.
Our level of care services are based on your care needs for things such as:
