Personal Assistance
Fox Hollow takes pride in laying the foundation for residents’ comfort by providing the essentials to support daily needs.
Personal care fees are added based on individualized evaluations of the resident’s care needs. To appropriately assess each resident’s activities of daily living, we conduct a personal care assistance evaluation prior to move-in. The care plan is based on a level system, which correlates to staff time necessary to provide care to each resident.
Along with the initial assessment, additional evaluations will take place every 90 days or intermittently when the resident’s conditions change to assure each resident’s care needs are entirely met.
